Sharia Vs. Inalienable Rights shares the opinion with others that although many congratulations are going to President Barak Obama for the death of Osama bin Laden, it should be remembered that he ran an election campaign against keeping the base open. He used the unpopularity and controversy of its existence against his opponent George Bush. His campaign promises was to close down Guantanamo, or move it to the U.S. The link to discovering the location of Osama Bin Laden is connected to Guantanomo. We therefore think much more praise should be going to Bush, who stood firm on keeping that base open. Without the base, would Obama be receiving any praise at all?

Imam's Call to Add Crescent Moon Symbol to Russian Emblem Met With Alarm

"In his interview, Tadzhuddin said, “We are asking for one of the heads (of the Russian state emblem, a double-headed eagle) to be topped with a crescent moon and the other to be topped with a Russian Orthodox cross. All the crowns on the coat of arms -- two on the heads of eagles and one above the middle -- are topped by crosses. But Russia has 20 million Muslims. That is 18 percent of the population.”

The problem with this claim is that under Sharia, all people do not have equal rights or status. Under Western, Judaic "Christianized" law, all people have been give the same rights and protection. Historically this has not always been upheld. People have had to fight for these and appeal to the larger population to remember and reclaim these recognized principles--as seen in Britain outlawing slavery and then the U.S. fighting over the rights for all men to be equal under God. But the fact remains, that Judaism and Christianity teach that all men are equal under God and are entitled to the same protection and rights to freedom and liberty.

Through Incrementalism, Tadzhuddin, and Islamists like, him will use the symbolism on the emblem (symbols cease to have meaning unless the people uphold their ideals) the goal is to push more forms of Sharia law, until years later they claim that through the historical symbols on the emblem (the crescent moon) that Russia is an Islamic state . They may eventually even begin to resort to an historical revisionism that Russia had once been Islamic and the lands used to belong to Muslims, and they'll begin to call for Russia to go "back to its roots" and enact more Islamic laws.

Think it far fetched? Hamas claims that there never was a Jewish Temple in Jerusalem. Even if you point to Trajan's Column that shows Romans taking articles of the temple back to Rome, they'll ignore it and push that the Jews have no historic claim on the land of Palestine.

FITNA is a decent documentary by Dutch Member of Parliament, Geert Wilders. Fitna offers no commentary or critque against Islam; the movie only shows footage from esteemed teachers and terrorists. The video does show how specific verses in the Koran (that have been used throughout Islamic history) are still being used today by modern Islamists to wage deadly jihad against all non-Muslims. The message is clear. A global Islamic revival is occurring in our times that is unprecedented since the Islamic invasions of Europe during the Reformation. Their goal is clear: Global domination of all people, submitted to Allah, under Sharia Law.

As my Persian friend said after watching the video,

We're dealing with multiple Hitlers now. Each one of these clergymen has the potential to be one. Together, they are more lethal than Hitler.

A fundamental difference between Judeo/Christian and Islamic Values

Every time I see pictures of Muslims rejoicing in the death of the "wicked" (from their point of view), as seen in the photograph on the left of Palestinian Muslims celebrating the murder of eight Jewish seminary students on March 9th, I think of a verse a Christian pastor pointed out over 20 years ago: "Since God does not rejoice in the death of the wicked, neither should YOU!"

Palestinians Burn Joseph's Tomb

We have seen for months now that it is a sin in Islam to defame anything associated with Allah's prophets. Mohammed acknowledged and adopted both the OT and NT prophets. Joseph is an Old Testament prophet. Joseph's tomb is the third most holy site in Judaism. If Joseph is also prophet of Allah, wouldn't this be the same as defaming one of Islam's holy sites? Shouldn't these people who blasphemed one of God's prophets by destroying his tomb be put to death according to Islam?

Nebuchadnezzar later acknowledges that the god of Daniel is the only true God because of the abilitites to understand his dreams and tell of things that will come to pass. Both Daniel and Joseph are interpreters of dreams and both world rulers at the time acknowledge the god of Israel.

God (Allah according to Muslims) raised Joseph up to "save many lives", the entire egyptian nation, as well as the 72 Jews in the story, of which many should thank God if they can trace their ancestry back as egyptian and Jewish. They may not be here today if it were not for Joseph. Both Muslim and Jews should be celebrating the work God did through the life Joseph, and should be modelling his behavior.

Mohammed acknowledged and adopted both the OT and NT prophets. Joseph is an Old Testament prophet. If Joseph is a prophet of Allah, wouldn't this be the same as defaming one of Islam's holy sites?

Shouldn't these people who blasphemed one of Allah's prophets by destroying his tomb be put to death according to Islam?

Where are the screaming Muslims demanding demanding the blood of these Muslims? Instead we have another eerie silence throughout the Islamic world.

We at Sharia vs Inalienable Rights are not calling for the death penalty for vandalism. Vandalism carries its own penalties under the Bible called "restitution". Under the Old Testament Law, a person had to restore fore-fold--either for stealing or destorying another's personal property. The cutting off of a hand for theft is not in the Bible. However, restitution is the punishment for theft.

Sharia vs Inalienable rights is calling Muslim leaders to hold those responsible accountable for their actions and restore the damages--either through monetary restitution or manual labor. He seems to know little about the social ramifications of how God's law is supposed to protect the rights of the individuals, not plunder them. But first, let's remember that Islam started with raiding parties that plundered, kidnapped, raped, and sold into slavery their captives. Arabs were notoriously known before Mohammed for subsisting via raiding parties. Mohammed simply codified and canonized their age-0ld practice of breaking the 8th, 9th, and 10th Commandments, to grow and subsidize his new religion. He arose as a "Prophet" and immediately began to violate the Ten Commandments. Plundering has continued through the history of Islam, and it has taken many forms thoughout its history. But today there is a very easy way for Muslims to plunder their neighbor's wealth, without ever drawing the Scimitar from its sheath. It's called Socialism.

Muslim soldiers had sex with the captive women in the presence of their husbands and “some were reluctant to do so”.–Sunaan Abu Dawud 11.2150.
One can have sexual intercourse with a captive woman after she is clear of her period and/or delivery. If she has a husband then her marriage is abrogated after she becomes a captive - Sahih Muslim 8.3432.

Mahmoud Al-Masri: ...the husband reaches the point where he gets tired of his wife, and can't stand her, and doesn't want to see her anymore. The same goes for the wife – she can't wait for the day that Allah will take him away from her. So what should we do in such a situation? In order to preserve the Muslim family, the Prophet Muhammad allowed the husband or wife to lie to one another – but only about matters of the heart, mind you. About what?

Mahmoud Al-Masri: Matters of the heart. If the wife asks her husband: "Do you love me, Abu Muhammad?" He should say: "Of course I love you, honey. How could anyone not love you?" He might not love her at all, but when he says: "I love you," she feels happy and stable, and feels that this is still her home, and that these are still her children and her husband. Right? But if he were to say to her: "The Prophet has forbidden lying, so I cannot tell a lie – I hate you, I want to kill you, and get rid of you..." Can they possibly continue to live together after this? No. That's why the Prophet Muhammad said: "You are allowed to lie to your wife, but only about matters of the heart." He is not allowed to lie to her about money, or about his comings and goings, and so on. No – only about matters of the heart."

Sharia Vs. Inalienable Rights Perspecitive:

One problem with this obviously, from a Christian perspective, is this teaching contradicts the teaching of Jesus to "remove the beam in your own eye, that you may clearly see the spec in your neighgor's eye". Personal repentence is not mentioned in this cleric's message.

Another teaching of Jesus that is missed by Mohammed and this cleric is the clear conclusion one has to draw when Jesus says, "love your enemy". That if it is possible to love one's enemy--for God does not give a command that can not be obeyed-- then a husband can certainly love his wife--"who is flesh of his flesh and bone of his bone".

Islam teaches it's ok to cover up your sins in lies, in "matters of the heart", instead of confessing them.

It seems that Mohammed did not address personal repentance in ones thought life towards a spouse, or turning one's thoughts away from hatred and evil, or loving your neighbor or your enemy as yourself. I think this could be a very good pamphlet, if a Christian wrote one to juxtaposition the Christian view of marriage against Mohammed's view.

Instead of addressing the "heart", Mohammed encourages to cover up the heart with lies. "Matters of the heart" is right; but he's got the wrong solution. It's so clear if you know the Scriptures.

I've been reading about this for years. These kidnappings and forced marriages have been occuring in Egypt and other parts of the Middle East for a few decades, but have been increasing in frequency as a practice for the last 15 years. It's part of the Islamists doctrinal view of the Koran and Hadith that this is a legitimate way to purify the human race from heresy, and breed-out the infidels.

One point I'd like to make is the sheer number based on percentages:

PERSCEPTIVE CHECK:
If the Islamic population is one billion, and if just 1% of that number were willing to follow Osama Bin Ladin, Hamas, or Hezbollah, that would be 10 million people. That number is larger than any standing army today!

Now, let's say the number of people who were actually willing to do something like 9/11 or the London Subway Bombings were only half of one percent of 1 billion. It is still a hugely significant number. That's 5 million willing to wage deadly Jihad.

Now given that number, and given the teachings of Mohammed (especially in his farewell speech), I"m not surprised when Yahoo announced the findings of their survey that one in four 4 American Muslims believe it's justifiable in some cases to perform a suicide attack for their religion.

That's right. They're here! And that's the mess we're in. That's what we get when America does not take seriously the threats that confront our national posterity.

The greater picture may be that, given enough time, if there is a big enough shift in the population in a few generations, we may find America in the same spot of England today, or given greater time, like Lebanon: a fractured and fragmented society, hosting "state within a state". And in time inalienable rights will slowly be eroded into something that no longer resembles truly historic rights.

It is the solemn duty of our elected officials to uphold the Constitution and protect the citizens who are living here now, and ensure our future by weighing the threats that confront our nation.

Terrorism, a Generation Growing

Blair has got that right. Terrorism, (i.e., imperialistic, orthodox Islam) has been a generation growing.

I just listened to an excellent interview with Tony Blair on NPR (a must listen). He recognizes the time required to battle the imperialistic vision of Islamic global domination will take much time:

Saddam Hussein's regime was a Terrost State
No one doubted that Saddam was aggressively seeking to acquire WoMD. No one doubted that he would have posed a tremendous threat if had them.

Saddam's support for terrorism in Palestine--paying $20k-$30k per family for each suicide attacker--made certain that he had no reservations on exporting terrorism abroad. By definition, that support made Saddam Hussein's regime a terrorist state.

Not finding WoMD in Iraq was a good thing, the world is a safer place because they did not exist, and despite NOT finding WoMD in Iraq, the battle by others to acquire them goes on. In short, Saddam was one of many terrorist states/organizations that desire to have them. The Bush and Blair administrations should have hammered this point more persuasively for the last four years, as a policy stance.

What would the security concerns be now, if Saddam had developed WoMD? The world would be asking,

How much did he make?
Who else has access to WoMD ?
Would Saddam use WoMD ?
Would Saddam "launder" WoMD to others?
Is it possible that terrorists could get at Saddam's WoMD ?

It's shameful how many have capitalized on the Bush and Blair administrations for not finding Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq. By weaking our resolve to secure democracy in Iraq, I sumbit they are making the world a less safer place, if they succeed in a pullout. Although it's nice to find a smoking gun to prove that your actions were justified. For world security purposes, it does not leave a lot of questions un-answered--questions that would have arisen if Saddam had developed them: How did he get them, what are his sources, who else is involved, who else could have them? It had always been a question of when Saddam would have acquired WoMD.

The Washington Times is reporting today (05/15/07) that "if a House Democrat manages to kill a tipster-immunity measure under consideration in Congress this month, people who report suspicious behavior could be sued in civil court if the accused are not charged with a crime."

If this is true, our citizens will be unprotected. Therefore, I urge not to be a supporter of this bill. I also ask you to push the Department of Justice to prosecute these six imams, who are trying to shake down the U.S. Airways industry, chip away at our security, and intimidate our citizens with law suits.

FBI Warns Domestic Islamic Threats Growing

USA Today reported that the FBI and other security officials are warning that "American-based Islamic terrorists with no direct ties to international terror networks form a large and growing threat to the American homeland."

"The trend we're seeing is that we are uncovering more instances of people here who have been radicalized … where there is not a direct thumbprint of al-Qaeda," said John Miller, the FBI's assistant director for public affairs.

In the April issue of this blog, we noted the Policy of U.S. Immigration should be changed to only allow those groups that will support inalienable rights in practice.

No doubt, by allowing Islamists to immigrate into the U.S., who indoctrinate their children in the manner of Hamas, we will begin to see, in a generation or two (10-20 years), the same type of home grown Islamic militants we see in foreign countries today. If there is a big enough shift in the population in a few generations, we may see inalienable rights swept away, with Sharia Law as the replacement...

If in name only, "rights" may be redeifined into something that no longer resembles those rights which are taught in the Ten Commandments, the Magna Carta, Lex Rex, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

The U.S. Needs to re-think its long term strategy regarding its policy on immigration.

Hezbollah Sets Up Base in South America

In light of a growing concern for tighter control over our U.S. borders and national security, the concern seems even greater with the news that Hezbollah has established a base in South America. Historically, South America is a non-Muslim area of the world--with no historic ties to the land, or religion. But that doesn't stop Hezbollah from employing the same rhetoric of defense of ones country to invaders and sacrafice of martyrdom as seen in Lebannon.

It's the same old sounding marxist rhetoric the Islamists have adopted for their goal of Islamic Imperialism: Create an imaginary crisis, and then use it as a pretense for war.

But the pretense is the same in Paraguay as that used in Lebannon: to grow into a "state withing a state". They like to say that "you need us here to defend against the "aggresors" and "occupiers", when most people in their regions only want peace.

I see this article as a good reason why tighter security on our borders is necessary. It's also a great reason to draw closer with those bordering nations and root Hezbolla out, before they have any grounds (no pun intended) to claim they have an historic attachement to that land.

ACLU Sues North Carolina Court Over Bible

"A lawsuit filed by the ACLU of North Carolina challenges a state policy that allows only the Bible to be used in such court procedures." The premise by the ACLU is "If the state is going to get into the religious oath business, the state has to be fair," said Seth Cohen, the ACLU's lead counsel on the case, " reported Fox News.
It seems to me that the ACLU is a few steps from drawing the conclusion that if a person doesn't have to swear an oath on a book they don't believe in, and if they don't have to swear on the book that is the foundation for this nation's civil rights and ethics, then neither should they be judged by them. In fact, they want to move in the direction where first, the Bible is not allowed to be recognized as the foundation for ethics and civil rights in this country, and second, as a multicultural society, they should NOT be judged by any other set of religious or cultural beliefs other than their own.

Is it conceivable that the ACLU would argue for a case like this? If so, in the Muslim community they wouldn't be in want of clients to represent.

Muslims in England, in Canada, and in the United States have started to demand that they only be held accountable by Sharia--the beliefs they have submitted themselves to. And if Muslims are granted that "special" treatment, then in all fairness, why shouldn't atheists demand that the courts only judge them by their own atheistic beliefs. And for that matter, why shouldn't unionized industries and guilds demand that they only be judged by their corporate charters and mission statements for their industry practices?

This makes a mockery of the court system, and begins to make void the U.S Constitution.

If groups could only be judged by their own beliefs, most people---as of today--would see that as the breakdown of society, returning us to tribalism and clans.

The problem with the premise stated by the ACLU is that the United States 1. has always been in the business of swearing in, and 2. the United States was NOT founded by the Koran or another religious book that the nation's ethical and moral laws are derived.

The Courts use the Bible because it is the court itself--not necessarily the person being sworn in--that recognizes the authority of the Bible as the basis for civil law in our society.

It also signifies that the Court is comprised of finite humans who error in judgment, lack omniscience, and that even if the court misses its execution in justice, he/she who has sworn in has done so in the presence of God, the judge of all the earth. Even if the person escapes temporal judgment, they can not escape the final judgment.

"But an attorney from the state Attorney General's Office urged Wake County Superior Court Judge Paul Ridgeway to dismiss the case. "The main complaint of the ACLU and the plaintiff is a political one, not a legal one,' attorney Valerie Bateman said."

It's another attempt by the ACLU to knock out from under the nation, its ultimate authority, its foundations of ethical law and human rights.

Yesterday Fox News reported that Hamaz TV has and indoctrination program which uses a Mickey Mouse look-a-like, to indoctrinate children into militant Islamists, glorifying suicide attacks, hand grenade thowing, and machine firing upon civilians.

Called "Tomorrow's Pioneers", an apparent pun on Walt Disney's racoon skin hats doned by children during the Daniel Boone TV era, the children are taught to play as American children once did about the Pioneer days of wagon trains and fighting indians. But now, with the same glee, Palestianian children pretend to shoot and bomb both Jews and Americans to clear the way for a glorious Islamic state with Jerusalem as the capital.

The Muslims like to rub our noses in our own history as they knowingly commit their own forms of attrocities.

"We, tomorrow’s pioneers, will restore to this nation its glory, and we will liberate Al-Aqsa, with Allah’s will, and we will liberate Iraq, with Allah’s will, and we will liberate the Muslim countries, invaded by murderers,” Farfur says in one episode that aired in April", Fox News Reported.

6 Muslims Plot Massive Deadly Attack on Servicemen on U.S. Soil

Inalienable rights mean that a human being has certain rights that are inherit in man, that transcend all cultural practices, traditions, values, or laws.

MSNBC is reporting that suicide attacks are increasing as Taliban leaders are finding more recruits willing to don the vest that will guarantee them into paradise. The Taliban are using the suicide attackers to drive out American forces, hoping to regain their control over Afghanistan.

It remains to be seen weather in the U.S. a Democratically held congress will begin to direct their attention for an Afghanistan pullout, if the U.S. Military Personnel death toll begins to increase in that country. It must be remembered that Afghanistan was protected home of Al Queda, who declared war upon the U.S. during the Clinton administration, and launched the most deadly attack on U.S. Soil during President Bush's first year in office.

Will the U.S. democratically held congress recognize Islam as the violent revolutionary expansionist ideology it really is?

The Question of Inalienable rights and those willing to defend it are juxtaposed against an enemy who does not recognize the Judeo-Christian principles derived from the Law of Moses.

Dying in the midst of battle while bringing all mankind under the submission of Allah and his prophet, has always been the promise of Mohammed. Most scholars agree that the only absolute guarantee for a Muslim to go to paradise is to die in the midst of battle.

The categories for the use of Jihad has grown to include anyone who simply opposes Islam by holding another set of beliefs or values. As a result Egyptian president Anwar Al Sadat was assassinated, Christian Copts in Egypt were targeted, killed, plundered and their wealth used to wage more jihad. Because the Jews oppose Jerusalem being the capital of the Islamic Palestinian state, they are classified as opposers of Islam and Jihad is proclaimed against them until Israel is wiped off the face earth.

Kurdish Girl Stoned to Death

Mob Rule Rules in Islamic Iraq

A video of a 17-year old Kurdish girl of the minority Yezidi group is stoned to death for having a "relationship" with a Sunni Muslim boy. The cell-phone video that made its way onto uTube clearly showed a young girl laying motionless on the dirt-street, half stripped and naked, with a large cinder block resting against the back of her head. A mob of men encircle her, as the whole town looks on, doing nothing. According to The London Daily Mail, even a local Iraqi security force witnessed the killing, but did nothing to stop it.

"A large crowd watched as eight or nine men dragged Aswad from a house, and then hurled stones at her for about 30 minutes until she was dead," stated the London Daily Mail. If their assumptions of the young kurish girl were true, and it turned out to be proven that she did have an illicit affair with her Sunni boyfriend, what would happen if she was found to be pregnant? Did the villagers commit a double homicide? Do the ancient laws forbid the stoning of pregnant women?

"An Amnesty International spokesman in London said they receive frequent reports of honor crimes from Iraq – particularly in the predominantly Kurdish north. Most victims are women and girls who are considered by male relatives to have shamed their families by immoral behavior," reported Fox News.

Object Lesson:
Inalienable rights are given by God to ensure that Mob Rule does NOT rule. God instituted the Civil Magistrate under the law of Moses, so that the individual had the right to defend oneself in a court of law against potentially false and presumptuous accusers in the presence of impartial and objective judges.

Case Law, Biblical Norms, and The Error of The Yezidi and Sunni Elders
Christ turned away the Pharisees from stoning the woman caught in adultery because her accusers were not fulfilling the law of Moses: It takes two to have an affair, and the man wasn't present with the woman.

If the accusers were found to be lying or had tainted, withheld, or tampered with the evidence, they would receive the punishment they intended upon their victims; thus, fulfilling the dictum, "an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth." The "eye for an eye..." mandate was to insure honesty and protection for the accused. This safegaurded people, and made accusers far more careful before bringing an accusation against someone. The accuser also had to be the first to stone the accused if found guilty by their own evidence. In other words, by "your own hand did you bring this about, to end this person's life, and you swear before God, that if this is not true, may God return upon you the same judgment you are casting the first stone upon".

Under Mosaic law and the Law of Christ it is a sin for a private citizen to take the law into your their own hands and act as juror and judge. Under the Old Testament, there had to be two or three witnesses, they had to be brought before the elders at the gates of the city, and they had to have the accusers stand before the tribunal and prove it.

Under the New Testament, Christians are absolutely forbidden to take justice into their own hands, They can sue for justice in a court of law. They can call the magistrate to arrest and apprehend a criminal. And only if they themselves are in personal danger can they defend themselves with appropriate force. But Christ makes it clear, "Do NOT return evil for evil. Pray for those who despitefully use you." It is both a sin and punishable offense to take personal vengeance upon another person of the community for suspected illicit behavior. God said, "vengeance is mine says the Lord, I will repay." Only is the civil magistrate allowed to punish the "evil doer".

the Westminster Confession of Faith is one of the key landmarks of Western Civilization for defining the role of the "state" and their "magistrates" (legally elected officials, monarchs, or rulers, etc.). Listen to what it says:

Infidelity, or difference in religion, does not make void the magistrates' just and legal authority, nor free the people from their due obedience to them. God, the supreme Lord and King of all the world, has ordained civil magistrates, to be, under Him, over the people, for His own glory, and the public good: and, to this end, has armed them with the power of the sword, for the defence and encouragement of them that are good, and for the punishment of evil doers.

Hey! What happened "cultural relativism" and multicultural values? It appears we are guilty then of assuming that everyone believes that inalienable rights truly exist. But if we are to be consistent with the "scientific" dictum taught in anthropology, we shouldn't be judging any other culture by any ethic or moral standard other than that found within it's own culture. I should just shrug and say, "Hey! If inalienable rights don't exist in that country or culture, who am I to judge?" I should liberate myself! Shake free any ethnocentrism, and be-numb myself when I hear of the corpses of little children tossed into ditches on the sides of highways like filthy rubbish, or rushed to judgment "honor killings" by stoning. Apparently, the Yezidi and Sunnis are being very "vigilent" under a different set of values.

Yet we see this in our "multcultural" lovefest society... Kate Allen, the organisation’s UK director believes in "inalienable rights" and upholding universal human rights. She's stated as saying, "This young girl’s murder is truly abhorrent and her killers must be brought to justice." She obviously believes that justice is an ojbective truth, and not arbitrarily defined by the will of the majority in ones culture.

Jizyah Tribute, and Islamic Persecution of Iraqi Christians

Look at how the Islamists are trying to "protect" the Christians from, I don't know who (Muslims maybe?), by making them pay the "jizyah" protection tax. Muslims are so very philanthropic to pass the hat around like that.

Jisyah makes all men NOT equal
Jizyah is actually an ancient Islamic form of tribute levied against the conquered group by the conqueror. Modern Islamists have been making Eyptian Coptics pay the jizyah for decades in certain egyptian neighborhoods. The pretence used by the islamists is "protection". , To add insult to injury, jizyah is also an insult against any group the "tax" is levied upon, signifying that they are a conquered sub-group, with less protection than their Islamic neighbors--another infringement upon inalienable rights.

As the Islamists grow in power, the jizyah is now being levied upon non-muslims in Iraq. It's all a little bit of history repeating. Wake up America. Jihad is coming to a neighborhood near you, unless of course you demand from your congressman or woman the curtailment of Islamic immigration in the U.S.

Iranian Vigilantes Cleared of Murder

Vigilantism is not above the law in Iran; it is the law in Iran.

The BBC reported that Islamic "vigilantes" who went on a killing spree in a number of gruesome murders were found Innocent by the Iranian Supreme Court. "The killers said they believed Islam let them spill the blood of anyone engaged in illicit activities if they issued two warnings to the victims. " "The vigilantes were not guilty because their victims were involved in un-Islamic activities, the [Iranian] court found." A vigilante, according to Webster's dictionary, is "a member of a volunteer committee organized to suppress and punish crime". So, actually in Islamic law, vigilantism is perceived as a virtue.

It's interesting to note that what the Iranian vigilantes did in Iran would clearly be seen as a crime in America, but what the Minute Men are doing in the U.S. is clearly legal, Constitutional vigilantism; yet however, they are considered as criminals by many.

The Iranian Supreme Court concluded, the perpetrators were not criminals but faithful Muslims, who had functioned within the rubric of Sharia law. Anyone is commanded to submit to Allah and acknowledge His prophet Muhammad.

Everyone can warn their neighbor twice that they are involved in un-Islamic behavior. If a Muslim or non-Muslim is found engaging in illicit activities, they can be warned twice. If not heeded, apparently, any citizen has the right to execute that person.

"The case raises serious questions about vigilantes in Iran taking justice into their own hands and undermining the rule of law. "

This previous statement was made by a "Western" reporter's point of view. After all, a vigilante in western terms is used for those take matters into their own hands, functioning outside the law of their society, as juror and judge. It appears Frances Harrison, the person who reported this story, inserted his Western view of the "law": Life, Liberty, and Property protected by the state, and guaranteed under due process. But whose "law" is Francis talking about? Moses' or Mohammed's?

According to the Iranian court, the perpetrators were not acting outside the law, or above the law--they were working within the law. Perhaps we have been looking at the executions through our Western eyes. We just assume they're thinking the same way as we do about people's rights. But actually, they are very much working in the Sharia paradigm.

Do you believe universal inalienable rights exist, even if a society doesn't recognize them?

I found the statement above to be very illuminating. Why didn't I see this before? Of course the Iranian courts ruled not guilty. This can really help us in our understanding of the current wide-spread killing in Iraq. We've been looking into the death and carnage as an absolute failure of a U.S. policy, and with total bewilderment at the murderous acts of the Iraqis. If universal inalienable rights do not exist, then we've been looking at Iraq with our own "Western" ethnocentrism. What looks like chaos and civil war is actually the ancient, societal norms in which Muslims are called upon by their prophet to solve the problems of immorality, eradicate blasphemy, and subdue their enemies.

After all, have we not all been taught in college or experienced the trickle down effect of liberal teaching of relativism that one culture should not be judge by the traditions of another culture? It appears we are guilty then of assuming that everyone believes that inalienable rights should apply. Al-Qaeda is not our first war against Islamic Terrorists

America's Early Confrontation with Islam

America has been at war with Islamic terrorists before, and it's a sad case to justapose our founding fathers response against our current elected officials in Washington. In the middle of his new article entitled "An Historical Perspective on a Muslim Being Sworn into Congress on the Koran, historian, David Barton traces the history of the United States confrontation with Islamic terrorism on the high seas. They didn't call it "terrorism" then, but "Piracy". And although the terminolgy for the Islamic behavior may have changed over the years, the beliefs and motivations that drive Muslims has not.

The war is known as the Barbary Powers. It lasted 32 years, spanned the U.S. Presidency of four administrations, and until this conflict arose, the United States did not have it's own navy. To ensure the safety of American commerce and its citizens, President John Adams commissioned the U.S. Navy to be built. This is an intersting note in history, given our present circumstances with the rise of Islamic imperialism in the 21st century: Because of Islamic terrorism/piracy on the high seas, we have a U.S. Navy today. Did you catch that?! The U.S. Navy was borne out of the need to confront an Islamic enemy!

A Call for a Policy Change Limiting Immigration into the U.S.

Why do I call for limiting immigration, and point at Islam as an excellent example for a policy change in D.C.? If there is a big enough shift in the population in a few generations, then we will see inalienable rights no longer upheld, but if in name only, redeifined into something that no longer resembles those rights which are taught in the Ten Commandments, the Magna Carta, Lex Rex, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

I propose we develop a strenuous immigration policy that will no longer grant access into the U.S. those who profess any political and or religious views, or hold to ideologies that are anti-thetical to inalienable rights, and that will in time compromise the safety and security of the citizens within. Inalienable rights will be compromised if there is a big enough shift in the population in a few generations. At the very least, ever citizen who is granted U.S. Naturalization and are preparing for citizenship should be taught rigorously U.S. History, documents from the hands of our founding fathers, and Federick Bastiat's The Law. Therefore, it is the solemn duty of our elected official to protect and ensure the safety for the people who are already here-for those who have been here for generations and have given so much to America.

What would happen if the America that developed inalienable rights under God, and has fought and protected it for other nations, would become Islamic and nuclear?

Is it NOT the solumn duty of our elected officials to immigrate people here who will most likely vote for them? They swore to uphold the constiution and protect us here and now, and ensure our future by weighing the threats that contront our nation.

The Muslim population is growing large enough in England, notably in Birmingham, where groups are beginning to call for Muslims to create a "State within a state", like Lebanon. That's the nature of Islam: The revolution never ends. There is no peace until all submit. Then within their system--the same system that grants killing those who "oppose Islam"--will continue to kill one another until the "purest" form of Islam emerges. The blood letting will never end with this religion until the victor has forced his own Muslim brothers to submit to his version of the purest form of Islam.

Would we allow practicing Aztecs or Mayans into our country? The nature of Islam advances through the sword, baptises through the sword, and grants adherents entrance into paradise throw the sword.

There are forces at work to destroy it. Once they are here, they have their first amendment rights--given to them by the God who gives inalienable rights--to change anything by law. I’m not going to stop them from using their first amendment rights, but want to preserve the "good foundations" the pilgrims worked so arduously to lay, and laid their lives down in the process.

U.S. Policy on Immigration

I'm very troubled with a U.S. immigration policy which does not seem primarily concerned about the security of our citizens, the long term protection of inalienable rights, and our nation's long-term survival. The U.S. policy on immigration should limit the people who are granted access onto our shores to those peoples, cultures, and nations who are most likely to support and uphold inalienable rights and constitutional democracy, and curtail the immigration of those who hold views that are antithetical to inalienable rights, and wish to replace them with another set of values. The liberal view of "multiculturalism" is a guise to allow antithetical world-views into America in order to undermine its foundations.

I want Americans to be protected and safe.

A liberal immigration policy in Europe and low birth rate from Europeans has caused a problem where, in a generation or two, Europe could be Islamic, with minority groups who do not share the beliefs of Islam being subject to coercion, violence, discrimination, and persecution. America is heading down that road. In England, Islamists are telling Muslims to demand a "state within a state" like Lebanon. Jordan is now flooded with "Christian" refugees who are fleeing their homeland of Iraq because of the increased explicit targeting by Shiite and Sunni Muslims t0 persecute and kill Christians, and other minority religious groups . On the same score, thousands of "Christians" are leaving Lebanon to Northern Europe and America because the Muslims are so violent. I ask you,

Who wants too see America torn like Lebanon or as England is beginning to experience in 100 years? The writing is on the wall.

Where will people go if America falls and the globe is under control by militant Islam? Our elected officials need to be looking to the future now! They should be doing everything to protect and ensure the safety for the people who are already living here in the United States, and for the families, whose members--for generations--have built this country with their own hands.

Inalienable rights and Sharia Law are not compatible. The U.S. Constitution is built upon inalienable rights. Certain rights are given by God to man that can not be violated by the state. However, there are always a group of people in every society who are attracted to a type of ideology that breeds revolution and sedition. There are lots of angry people in the world, and they grab onto philosophies and religions that will seize the institutions delivered by God to man, to exact "justice" by force.

In the U.S. we have clean water, food at every street corner, electricity coming into our homes, phones that work, medical facilities, and free schools, and they are still angry and have an ax to grind, and they want to set things straight. Islam is an attractive solution to some because of its promotion in the use of force upon a society for socio-political change.

At the core of the problem of Islam and Inalienable Rights is the Islamic teaching that it is not how one ultimately lives ones life in Islam that guarantees paradise, but how one dies for Allah that counts. A Muslim is guaranteed paradise if he dies fighting against the infidel in Jihad (it is actually argued if a woman has the same guarantee under the same circumstances).

If the U.S. becomes Islamic, how can one have their fundamental inalienable rights protected by a state that does not recognize those rights, but holds to a core belief that finds favor with God by violating every one of those inalienable principles?

That's a fundamental difference between Christianity and Judaism, in matters of civil law. But in Egypt, Muslims are making Coptic Christians pay "protection money" in their neighborhoods; they are targeted for their wealth, killed, and plundered. And then their property and wealth are used to fund jihad. In Bethlehem, Muslims are seizing Christians of their property, and clerics and other Islamic organizations are sending letters to longstanding Churches and Christian groups that their community service is no longer needed, and that they need to stop or they can't guarantee "protection" for their persons and property. That violates inalieanable rights given by God in the Ten Commandments. We are to love our neighbor as ourselves, promote their well being, help secure their property. Sheiks for the last 30 years have been saying that "any one who opposes Islam should be put to death." They openly reject "give unto Caesar what is Caesars" because every aspect of life, your hair, your dress, are all dictated under Sharia. The history is too clear. Our elected officials have a solemn duty to protect the people who are already here first, who have built up this country, from a collective body of people who hold to a belief system that practices deceit, subterfuge, collusion, and a system that supports slavery and death in its reward system.

Question to Historian, Educator, George Grant

I heard your lecture on Islam given at the Vision Forum conference on History. You said to the effect, "Every Islamic country that exists today was conquered through military might, violence, and coercion." I have been telling this to a lot of people. If this is true, then it's a pretty startling track record of Islam: not one example of a Jonah or a St. Patrick in Islamic history. Jonah is the Old Testament example of a nation turning from sin through preaching alone: AfterJonah preached of the pending judgement of God to the ancient Ninahvites--the king and all his people--repented of their sins individually and as a nation. But on the contrary, every Islamic nation by your account was forced to turn and bow towards Mecca by means of the sword.

Someone responded recently to me by saying "Malaysia and Indonesia are two Muslim majority countries that were never invaded any Muslim armies. India remained under Islamic rule for 1000 years, but most of the ruler were secular. Emperor Akbar had Hindu wives and started his own religion. Islam spread their because of Muslim saints. If Islam spread by force, then 1000 years of rule in India and 400 years of rule in Spain should have been sufficient to convert both nations to Islam."

My questions to you are 1. Can you provide me the list of currently existing Islamic countries you had in mind when you made that statement, and can you provide the historical circumstances that led to their Islamic majority, and 2. How did Malaysia become Islamic, and 3. to what extent historically has India been under Islamic rule?

6 Imams and my letter to Congress

Today I wrote to the congressman of my district. You can use it for your own, if you like.

Dear [Congressman],

Thank you for serving my district. I appreciate your vigilence for preserving our American Liberties intended by our Founding Fathers. I don't know who else to approach about the Imam's shake down of U.S. Airways. I haven't gotten very far with writing the US Dept of Justice or U.S. Airways.

We need to prosecute these six Imams who are trying to shake-down the US airline industry. They disturbed the peace, haulted commerce, created fear, and are attempting to use our laws to intimidate us into quite submission.

"Weather most Americans know it or not, the attack on our inalienable rights by the legal arm of the Islamists is just as much part of jihad as anything our armed forces face."

Our elected officials ask us to be "vigilant". Are our elected officials being vigilent to know where our enemy's beliefs originate?

Security of our airways is vital to our liberty and economic freedom. This is just another arm of the Islamists: weaken our defenses by using our laws against us.

We, the American people, know they are trying to destroy our ability to use reason, common sense, and self-preservation by suing U.S Airways and a private citizen.

CAIR is associated with the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, a known organization (with a violent past) that claim they have renounced using violence, but work along side those who have not. They instead are waging their own form of political jihad in Egypt. And this is one of CAIR's first volleys to Islamisize the U.S. through the legal system. They are trying to weaken our security by this new legal attack.

Legislators and policy makers in Egypt have made the ignorant mistake that the moderates are a much more attractive alternative to militant Islam. But the truth of the matter is "moderate" islamists",--although claiming to denounce violence, have not denounced deceit, collusion, and subterfuge. The Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR, and the militants are both working aggressively for the same goal: The islamisization of every society, with Sharia law as the goal.

Islam is a revolutionary, expansionist ideolgogy, that justifies deceit and violence as a means to an end. That's a hard pill to swallow, but we must look soberly at the past--and most importantly--at the present means by which Islamists use to achieve their goals.

Please continue to be a bastion of safety for us in the commercial air-space. Please help find a way to prosecute those six Imams who are trying to shake-down the US airline industry.

I will continue to write other congress people, but I consider you as both mine and my family's voice, who want you to represent us in the Halls of Congress for those who see a very uncertain future for our nation and our children's children. I pray, and hope, you will be amoung the other representatives who will take a very pro-active, constitutional stand with us who see through the attempts of those who try to use our laws againtst us: Sharia vs. Inalienable rights. Personal Sharia, that's one thing. But CAIR's ties with the Muslim Brotherhood is not about that. They are the legal arm of the Jihadist army.

THESIS:
I wanted a place where I could discuss the historical developments of the concepts of inalienable rights under God, vs Sharia law. Mohammed's Sharia law borrows Old and New Testament principles, but at the root of its system it violates God's law, the Ten Commandments; and, hence, Sharia Law violates The Law of Moses, where true inalienable rights are derived.

1446 B.C. - The Ten Commandments: Man's Public and Private Duties to both God and to Man

1620 A.D. - The Mayflower Compact: "A Civil Body Politic" (arguably the world's first Constitution)

1646 A.D. - The Protestant Reformation: The Westminster Confession of Faith.

1776 A.D. - The U.S. Constitution: The foundations of republicanism and constitutional democracies are based upon the Ten Commandments.

Juxtapose this dialogue of true historic inalienable rights against the view of the modern civil rights movement--an often a diluted, abused, and capricious form of "rights".

Sharia Law vs Inalienable Rights.

The concepts of Inalienable Rights which were borne out of the Christian Scriptures just prior to the Protestant Reformation, and subsequently developed further during and after that time, came both from the Old and New Testaments. Every citizen of the West is threatened by political Islam, which seeks to impose Islamic law (Sharia), as Muslims' separatism and refusal to integrate into their host cultures causes them to be perceived as threats to national cohesion and to democracy in historically "Christian" nations.

Inalienable rights are historically derived, not from the state, not from man, but from the God, primarily from the Law of Moses, and secondly from the New Testament. Inalienable rights deal more often with "civil" or public laws which the state and/or private citizens should uphold to protect everyone his neighbor's "life", "liberty" and "property".

Of concerning Civil Magistrates and their role in society, the Westminster Confession is one of the key landmarks of Western Civilization for defining the role of the "state" and their "magistrates" (legally elected officials, monarchs, or rulers, etc.).

I start my first quote from the Westminster Confession of Faith because 1. it is a sin for a Christian to take personal vengeance upon the state or individuals, and 2 . civil magistrates are the God given institution to bear the "sword" for protecting and defending the innocent against eveildoers.

On the other hand,

Daily, on a global scale, we see Islamists continually taking vengeance in their own hands--in groups and as single individuals--acting apart from the state, not holding any official capacity, and by pointing to the Koran and Hadith in pre-suicide attack photos as the justification for their behavior to be above the law of their countries; hence, creating anarchy and disturbing the harmony that God has established in society.

"God is not the author of confusion". "Do not repay evil with evil..." "Vengeance is mine saith the Lord, I will repay [not you]." [emphasis added]

The Civil Magistrate: A mercy and blessing given by God.

Chapter XXIII
Of the Civil Magistrate

I. God, the supreme Lord and King of all the world, has ordained civil magistrates, to be, under Him, over the people, for His own glory, and the public good: and, to this end, has armed them with the power of the sword, for the defence and encouragement of them that are good, and for the punishment of evil doers.

II. It is lawful for Christians to accept and execute the office of a magistrate, when called thereunto: in the managing whereof, as they ought especially to maintain piety, justice, and peace, according to the wholesome laws of each commonwealth; so, for that end, they may lawfully, now under the New Testament, wage war, upon just and necessary occasion.

III. Civil magistrates may not assume to themselves the administration of the Word and sacraments; or the power of the keys of the kingdom of heaven; yet he has authority, and it is his duty, to take order that unity and peace be preserved in the Church, that the truth of God be kept pure and entire, that all blasphemies and heresies be suppressed, all corruptions and abuses in worship and discipline prevented or reformed, and all the ordainances of God duly settled, administrated, and observed. For the better effecting whereof, he has power to call synods, to be present at them and to provide that whatsoever is transacted in them be according to the mind of God.

IV. It is the duty of people to pray for magistrates, to honor their persons, to pay them tribute or other dues, to obey their lawful commands, and to be subject to their authority, for conscience' sake. Infidelity, or difference in religion, does not make void the magistrates' just and legal authority, nor free the people from their due obedience to them: from which ecclesiastical persons are not exempted, much less has the Pope any power and jurisdiction over them in their dominions, or over any of their people; and, least of all, to deprive them of their dominions, or lives, if he shall judge them to be heretics, or upon any other pretence whatsoever.
